BOBS Bureau provides customer service standards in its Customer Service Assurance (CSA) Framework that its members attest to and in so doing provide their customers with a service quality expectation that fosters trust and confidence.
BOBS Bureau is also curating a Better Black Business Directory to promote the Customer Service Excellence Commitment of its members. This should further capitalize on the growing interest, across society, in buying from Black Owned Businesses. As an integral element of the assurance that BOBs Bureau provides, customers of these businesses will be able to record their reviews of the businesses and also contact the businesses concerning customer service issues that they wish to escalate. Members are also provided with the opportunity to address any negative issues without publication.
The plan does not include any involvement by BOBs Bureau in any customer service issues that customers report to the businesses on the platform. See the Featured Membership Plan for the customer service mediation support that we provide.
