The Black Owned Businesses (BOBs) Bureau is a membership-based organization that develops and communicates business and customer service standards that its members attest to and in so doing provide their customers with a service quality expectation that fosters confidence and trust and bolsters the reputation of the business.

Reputation is key to customer retention and growth and should be curated carefully to ensure ongoing viability. Reputation management seeks to proactively exploit opportunities to improve reputation as well as to prevent the erosion of the value of a brand or celebrity. In today’s technological world where the dissemination of negative information is propagated at the speed of light and stored in accessible form for perpetuity, reputation management is all the more crucial.
Our Reputation Management Service is based upon a customized Reputation Management Strategy and Action Plan, which is prepared after an Initial Assessment of the current reputational status and issues is performed. The Reputation Management Strategy sets out the events and impacts which are deemed to have reputational consequences as well as the types and frequency of the monitoring which will be performed to detect such events. The Reputation Management Action Plan sets out the scope of risk prevention, mitigation, and remedial actions that will be performed to prevent, mitigate and rehabilitate as a result of adverse reputational events.
